Most recently, Ron along with Jacques Schwarz-Bart (Tenor Sax) and Isaiah Weatherspoon (Drums) founded a brand new project named “Jazz With An Attitude (JWA)” signed under the prestigious German label, Enja Records. In 2013, Ron scored the highest score in the Trinity College of Music Advance Recital Certificate Classical Piano Examination in India and holds the record till date. Internationally, he has performed at the prestigious Caux Theater in Caux, Switzerland, SXSW Austin, Sculler’s Jazz Club, Boston and has toured around Spain with Ferenc Németh and Gregory Tardy. Founded in 2011 by Annette Philip, the first Indian musician appointed as a faculty member at Berklee College of Music, the Berklee Indian Ensemble is a world renowned collective, known for its global Indian sound that honors traditions while boldly experimenting with a cross-pollination of genres, cultures, and multidisciplinary art forms.
